Does Dwaar AI replace our existing boom barrier?+

Not always. If your society already has compatible boom barrier infrastructure, our integration works with what you have. Our site survey during onboarding tells you exactly what needs replacing versus what we can plug into.

What happens if the internet goes down at the gate?+

Gate hardware is built to hold its last known access rules locally, so basic entry and exit continue to function. Full sync with the Admin Portal resumes the moment connectivity is back.

Who controls resident data, Dwaar AI or the society?+

Your society's data belongs to your society. We follow DPDP Act consent requirements for anything we collect, and we don't share your architecture or data with our hardware vendors, we integrate with them only through published APIs.

Can we turn off facial recognition if residents object?+

Yes. Every advanced feature, facial recognition included, is a toggle your committee controls from the Admin Portal. Nothing is forced on your residents.

We're currently on Park+ or another platform. How painful is the switch?+

We map your existing gate setup, including any current boom barrier hardware, during the site survey so you're not paying twice for equipment that still works. Your onboarding manager handles the transition end to end.

Is this only for gated residential communities?+

RWAs are our primary focus, but the same triple-layer verification works for industrial facilities and commercial campuses that need serious access control, not just a visitor logbook.

What does a demo actually show us?+
